$35- per session.

Roles & Responsibilities as a Provider
Individual Counselor Role
One-on-One Focus:Builds a private, confidential alliance dedicated solely to the client's unique background, goals, and history.
Deep Intake Assessment:Conducts thorough evaluations to understand clinical needs, personal challenges, or emotional crises.
Tailored Interventions:Creates customized treatment plans using specialized therapeutic methods (such as cognitive-behavioral or person-centered techniques).
Crisis Management:Provides direct, immediate care for high-acuity or sensitive situations, such as severe depression, acute trauma, or safety risks.
Group Counselor Role
Facilitator & Guide:Leads structured discussions, introduces group topics, and keeps conversation constructive and on track.
Gatekeeper & Screener:Pre-screens participants before the group begins to ensure proper fit, group readiness, and emotional safety.
Norm Setter & Protector:Establishes clear ground rules, maintains boundaries, manages conflict, and upholds group confidentiality.
Dynamic Balancer:Manages group flow using techniques like linking (connecting one member's story to another's) and blocking (stopping harmful or dominating talk).
Community Builder:Cultivates mutual validation, shared coping strategies, and social belonging among members.
