What to Expect

Book Your Time
Choose a date and time from the calendar above. You'll receive a confirmation email with session details and any preparation instructions.

Attend Your Session
Meet with Mona Ellis in person at our Houston office or join via secure video link. Sessions run approximately 60 minutes.

Receive Your Documentation
After completing the required sessions, you'll receive the DOT-compliant documentation needed to move forward in your return-to-duty process.
